Confidentiality Policy
We undertake to keep all verbal, written or other information confidential and use it only for assessment and/or development of the translation project. None of the information we receive will be reproduced or provided to any other person or organisation, apart from the translator, during or after the provision of the service.
Privacy
It is our policy to obtain a commitment of confidentiality from everybody information is provided to, as well as to take all the necessary precautions to ensure this commitment is complied with.
At no time will we directly or indirectly obtain any rights, titles or interests arising from the possession or use of information or claim legal rights arising from patent use or in any way related to processes or products derived from or based on Confidential Information.
Quality
We act according to best business practices, with total honesty and free of any political, economic, religious or other interests or influences. We meet deadlines and use the applicable terminology, assuring maximum reliability and total customer satisfaction.
Disputes
In the event of disputes, consumers can appeal to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body for consumers:
